**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **first aid and emergency medical care** to students and staff during school hours.
- Assess and manage illnesses or injuries that occur on campus.
- **Maintain medical records** and ensure confidentiality of student health information.
- Manage and monitor the **inventory of medicines and medical supplies**, ensuring timely replenishment.
- **Coordinate with hospitals, parents, and the school leadership team** during medical emergencies.
- Support **administrative and medical needs during school events and activities.**:

- Promote **health education and awareness** among students and staff.
- Ensure adherence to **infection control and hygiene standards** across the school.
- Handle cases with **calmness, empathy, and professionalism**, especially when dealing with children.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Registered Nurse (RN)** with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum **2-3 years of clinical experience**, preferably in pediatric or school settings.
- Strong knowledge of **first aid, infection control, and child health care.**:

- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Calm, **compassionate, and child-friendly demeanor.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **school health programs** or **community health nursing.**:

- Basic knowledge of **health documentation and reporting.**:

- Familiarity with **health and safety regulations** relevant to educational institutions.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
