1. Handling complaints, queries, and suggestions from patient & their attendants and providing them with the required information.

2. To supervise the work of GRO, Receptionist, and Telephone Operators.

3. Coordinate with various departments for well-patient beings.

4. Maintaining Discipline, and cleanliness of the entire lobby.

5. Giving specialized training to recruit Front Office Staff.

6. Maintaining discipline & friendly environment for the smooth running of the Front Office.

7. Innovative and Creative Suggestions to improve the Front Office Functioning.

8. Assigning duties and responsibilities of all Front Office staff.

9. To train newly recruited Front Office Staff.

10. Proper and preventive counseling to the patient’s attendant before admission.

11. Daily rounds with doctors or consultants.

12. Any other duty assigned by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.83 per month
