1.Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase

company personal loan and services.

2.Accurately recording details of customers’ Loan Process

3.Processing all customer loan details accordingly.

4.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain

satisfied with company products and services.

5.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage

repeat business.

6.Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to

customer rejections.

7.Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make

suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

8.Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to

call volume and sales.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
