**Job Title**:Digital Marketing Intern

**Core Responsibilities**

**1. Content Creation and Scheduling**
- Assist in creating engaging, on-brand content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and posts tailored to target audiences.
- Schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform schedulers.

**2. Community Engagement**
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Interact with followers to build a sense of community and encourage engagement.
- Identify and engage with influencers or potential brand collaborators.

**3. Analytics and Reporting**
- Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide insights for optimization.

**4. Campaign Support**
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, or contests.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to meet campaign goals.
- Help with hashtag strategy and audience targeting.

**5. Administrative Tasks**
- Organize and maintain a content calendar.
- Maintain social media assets, including photos, videos, and design templates.
- Help with occasional administrative support for the marketing team.

**Must Have**

**Preferred Skills for the Role**
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices and good understanding best practices on social media.
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Twitter Analytics.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Creative thinking and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- You should have great writing and presentation skills.
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with graphics designing web design and publishing

**Benefits**
