**Job Overview**:

- The associate handles mortgage servicing escrow analysis on all escrowed mortgage loans. Job duties include preparation of escrow analysis statements for customers and providing assistance to other internal departments with escrow analysis questions from customers. The Escrow Analyst Specialist researches customer’s escrow accounts and payment history as needed to insure the correct information is on the statement
- Manage the timely completion and review of escrow data to ensure compliance with all RESPA and state guidelines.
- As An Escrow Analyst, responsible for the day-to-day activities of escrowing and receiving funds from the borrower.
- Documenting all transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping records of all funds. This includes making sure that all necessary systems are updated timely manner

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:- Review the loans to determine all the documents to process Loss draft claims is available. Provide recommendation to customer for valid document to process the claim.
- Loan Level research to add / remove the disaster flag (COVID / flood).
- Review the loans to ensure that the Insurance lines (Flood, HOI, Hurricane, wind, Flood certificates etc..) details are updated accurately as per the regulatory compliance
- Review the claims request raised by the customer and follow the regulatory compliance and recommend to approve / deny the claim amount
- Review and update the disasters flags
- Make corrections as needed to escrow account.
- Work with the Loan Boarding/Flow department to insure all escrow tracking lines are setup correctly and in a timely manner.
- Insure customer’s escrow analysis statement is correct and delivered in a timely manner, allowing the customer appropriate notice of upcoming escrow payment change.
- Cross train with other mortgage escrow departments (tax, insurance, mortgage insurance).
- Work with the Loan Boarding/Flow department to insure all escrow tracking lines are setup correctly and in a timely manner.

- Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role_
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Mortgage pefer tax, insurance, mortgage insurance.
- Expertise in reviewing Escrow related documents and well verse with the state requirements and calculations.
- Has complete attention to details
- Ability to act quickly, think critically and work well as part of a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in night shifts
