**Requirements and skills**
- Working knowledge of all safety equipment's - especially firefighting, Alarm & prevention system, Hydrants, Sprinkler systems etc.
- In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials and practices
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Working knowledge of safety management information systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to implement health and safety Systems.
- Related Organisation experience is an added advantage

**Responsibilities**
- Proven communication (oral and written) skills, including ability and to communicate effectively orally.
- Resourcefulness, proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams a diverse environment with sensitivity and respect.
- Support the development of OHS policies and programs
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
- Review existing policies and measures and update.
- Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
- Frequently conduct Drills
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity and address the same.
- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
- Identify & impart requisite training
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
- Other duties in the purview of Safety of the organisation.
- Ensures that maintenance of equipment is carried out periodically and kept in ready condition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
