**Job Title - SDLC Control**

**Location - Pune, India**

**Role Description**

You will be involved in embedding Data Residency & Access Controls and rollout of metadata strategy across the bank.

**Your key responsibilities**- Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder inquiries and control approvals
- Facilitate disciplined meeting management including setting up clear meeting agenda, capturing decisions and actions in minutes, and proactively managing action resolution and closure.
- Support Residency & Access team leads by conducting detailed business analysis and documenting changes to policies, controls, processes, and guidelines
- Support engagement with technology to explore and drive to implementation automation and other process efficiency improvements

**Your skills and experience**
10+ years of experience in Data Controls, Strategy, Risk, Compliance or Business Management / Analyst role, knowledge of Banking technology is a plus
- Solid analytical skills, including effective manipulation of Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight deadlines
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ability to explain complex problem in a clear and structure way
- Highly motivated with willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
