**Job description**

Customized T-shirt manufacturing Company in Madurai Othakadai

**Responsibilities of the job include**:

- liaising with Customers and sales staff
- planning and organizing production schedules
- Handling Customer Complaints and queries
- Preparing internal order sheets,
- determining quality control standards
- overseeing production processes
- Maintaining both Sampling and Production Timelines.
- re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Giving shipping instructions and following shipment

Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience

Experience in Product design, Product Development, Garment Manufacturing
- Good managerial and leadership skills to head a team
- Excellent communication (English Must ) and coordination skills

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
