**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Develop**: Create visually stunning and user-friendly web designs that meet the needs of our clients and users.
- **User Experience (UX)**: Conduct user research, develop user personas, and design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that enhance the overall user experience.
- **User Interface (UI)**: Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
- **Graphic Design**: Design graphics, icons, and other visual elements for web and mobile interfaces.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, UX/UI, and Figma to continuously improve and innovate design practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web graphic design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in Figma is required. Experience with other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web graphic design, UX/UI, and your ability to create user-centered designs.
- **Skills**: Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
