**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to gather feedbacks.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to company policies and call quality standards to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-7 years of experience in tele calling or a related sales/customer service role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
