**Profile_ Social Media Intern**

**Location_ Bhopal (On-Site)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. This may include writing posts, designing graphics, creating videos, or curating content from other sources.
- **Social Media Management**: Managing and updating social media profiles and pages, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and analytics.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conducting research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform social media strategies and content decisions. Analyzing social media metrics and performance to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- **Community Engagement**: Engaging with followers and building relationships with the online community by responding to comments and messages, participating in conversations, and fostering a sense of community around the brand or organization.
- **Campaign Support**: Assisting with the planning, execution, and tracking of social media campaigns and promotions, including coordinating with other team members or departments, managing budgets, and tracking campaign performance.
- **Stay Up-to-Date**: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and technology, and sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: Bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to social media content and campaigns to help the brand stand out and attract attention in a crowded digital landscape.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, communications, design, and sales to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives and strategies.
- **Reporting**: Compiling regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement, to share with relevant stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to adapt quickly to changing news cycles, social media trends, and platform algorithms is crucial for staying relevant and effective in a dynamic news environment.
- **News Awareness**: A keen interest in current events and news is essential. You should stay updated with local, national, and international news stories, trends, and developments.
- **Writing and Editing**: Strong writing skills are crucial for crafting concise and engaging social media posts that accurately convey news stories. You should also be proficient in editing content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to journalistic standards.

- Graduate in Journalism/Mass Communication.
- Must have knowledge of Media & News.
