**Introduction**:
**What will you be doing?**
- Works closely with CTO, CDO and other Solution Architects to deliver Fraud Servicing solutions at highest standards.
- Responsible for designing, sustaining & enhancing Fraud architecture
- Responsible for hands-on design and implementation of integrated PEGA based solutions that are scalable, built for rapid change and meets functional and non-functional requirements
- Lead cross-functional development/integration projects requiring interaction with end-users and external technology clients.
- Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
- Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base and Lead client workshops around software products and processes.
- Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities.Supporting Data initiatives and Architecture Cloud Strategy across the Bank.
- Ensure data is integrated across the Fraud Tech landscape and moved in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Ensure that data is protected including access management, obfuscation and encryption to the level required in each case, taking into account Regulatory and Legal requirements.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience with PRPC v7.x (or above) with experience in new Pega capabilities.
- Experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components.
- Solid experience with PEGA business process modelling and change management.
- Advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
- Previous experience as lead architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs.
- Experience in Agile methodology practices and sprint planning activities.
- Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or Sybase. Should be proficient in SQL commands
- Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script
- Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
- Expertise and good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including architecting and designing for performance and scalability.
- LSA certification required with experience working on the Enterprise Architecture involving wide variety of technologies.
- Must be pro-active, self-starter, able to manage own work to deliver to agreed deadlines without close supervision.
- Must work well in a team, take an interest in people development and be able to mobilise a team to deliver effectively within a tight timescale.
- Must be very good with time management and multi-tasking given the nature of work involved.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience and understanding in ETL, APIs, various data formats (JSON, Avro, Parquet) and experience in documenting/maintaining interface inventories.
- Understands user requirement gathering to define data flow, model and design.
- Proficient in communicating data standards and demonstrating their value to the wider audience
- Educated to degree or MBA level to be able to meet the intellectual demands of the job, or can demonstrate equivalent experience;
