**Working Days : 5.5 Days (Mon-Sat) (Rotational sat off)**

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business

opportunities within the creative services industry. Your primary goal is to help potential

clients understand the value of our SaaS platform and how it can improve their creative

processes and outcomes. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer

success teams to drive the sales process and deliver exceptional client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Qualify Leads**: Research, identify, and engage with potential clients in

the creative services space who could benefit from our SaaS platform.
- **Conduct Product Demos**: Guide prospective clients through tailored product

demonstrations, showcasing how our platform can meet their specific needs.
- **Develop and Maintain Relationships**: Build and nurture strong, long-term

relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their creative service needs.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate on and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed

individual and team sales targets.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including

lead generation, follow-ups, and closed sales in CRM software.
- **Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and

customer needs to adapt and enhance sales approaches.
- **Feedback to Product Team**: Communicate client feedback to the product team to

support the continuous improvement of the platform.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to

optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new

clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, creative

services, or tech-based solutions.
- **Knowledge of Creative Services**: Understanding of the creative services industry

(e.g., advertising, design, content creation) and related workflows.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability

to convey complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Customer-Focused**: Demonstrated commitment to building strong client

relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- **Sales Mindset**: Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales

targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and

comfortable with remote communication tools.
- **Adaptable and Resilient**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt

quickly to changes in a dynamic, startup environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience selling SaaS products specifically within the creative or marketing

sectors.
- Familiarity with [specific platforms/tools related to creative services].
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
