**Position Overview**:
The Study World is seeking a dynamic and charismatic Social Media Anchor to be the face and voice of our online platforms. In this full-time role, you will engage directly with audiences, deliver timely and accurate information, and create a positive, welcoming presence for individuals seeking immigration support and updates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Camera Representation**:

- Serve as the on-camera host for live and pre-recorded video content on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- Communicate important updates, announcements, and success stories in a clear and relatable manner.
- **Content Creation & Delivery**:

- Collaborate with the communications team to script, film, and produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Host live Q&A sessions, webinars, and other virtual events to provide real-time assistance and foster community engagement.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Act as the primary digital spokesperson, engaging directly with followers through comments, messages, and live chats.
- Build trust with diverse audiences by delivering empathetic and culturally sensitive communication.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all content aligns with the office’s mission, tone, and branding guidelines.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the office through consistent messaging.
- **Social Media Strategy Support**:

- Work with the social media team to develop innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Analytics & Feedback**:

- Monitor audience responses and gather feedback to inform future content and improve performance.
- Provide insights on audience preferences and engagement metrics to the team.
- **Collaboration & Representation**:

- Collaborate with internal departments to highlight programs, services, and initiatives.
- Represent the office at public-facing events, both in-person and online, as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional on-camera presence with strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in hosting, public speaking, or social media content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram Live, Facebook Live, YouTube).
- Ability to convey complex information in a simple, engaging manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Familiarity with immigration processes and services.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard office hours (occasional evenings or weekends for live events).
- Hybrid or in-office role based on organizational requirements.

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
