**Roles & Responsibilities:1. Student Counseling & Guidance**
- Understand the academic background, career aspirations, and financial capacity of prospective students.
- Provide information on UG and PG courses, universities, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
- Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Address student queries regarding course curriculum, fees, scholarships, and career prospects.

**2. Sales & Enrollment Target Achievement**
- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively explaining the value of the courses.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Identify and nurture high-potential leads to drive admissions.

**4. Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Address concerns and objections to facilitate smooth decision-making.
- Stay updated on university partnerships, new courses, and education policies.

**5. Marketing & Outreach**
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, and seminars to promote courses.
- Work with marketing teams to generate leads through digital and offline campaigns.
- Collaborate with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to generate student interest.

**6. Reporting & CRM Management**
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and conversions in a CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on admissions, lead status, and pipeline to management.
- Analyze student feedback and market trends to improve counseling strategies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
