**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of all stock items in the store. Ensure that inventory levels are monitored regularly and that stock is organized and easy to access.
- **Material Receiving and Issue**: Receive construction materials and other supplies, check for quality and quantity, and ensure proper documentation. Issue materials as per the project requirements and maintain stock issuance records.
- **Stock Monitoring and Replenishment**: Monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts or excess stock. Coordinate with procurement or purchase team for timely reordering of materials.
- **Store Organization**: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and materials are stored in a safe and efficient manner. Implement and maintain a system for labeling, cataloging, and tracking items.
- **ERP System Management**: Accurately record and update all stock transactions in the ERP system. Generate regular stock reports and track usage patterns to identify trends and optimize inventory management.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed while handling materials. Comply with company policies and industry standards for materials storage and handling.
- **Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, materials usage, and stock-outs. Provide recommendations for improving inventory management processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Work Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably within the construction industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), MS Word, and ERP software.
- Experience using inventory management or warehouse management software is an advantage.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is essential.
- **Language Skills**: Good written and spoken English for effective communication with team members and other departments.

**Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)**

**Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management in the construction industry.**
