**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate filling and crimping machines for perfumes, deodorants, and related products.
- Set up machines as per production schedule (changeover, cleaning, and calibration).
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when needed.
- **Production Execution**:

- Follow batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs for each product.
- Ensure correct filling volume, crimping tightness, and spray performance.
- Achieve daily/shift production targets with mínimal downtime.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct in-process checks (fill weight, crimp quality, leakage test).
- Identify and segregate defective units.
- Report any deviation or quality issues to the supervisor.
- **Maintenance & Safety**:

- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machines.
- Follow safety protocols while handling flammable materials and pressurized cans.
- Immediately report breakdowns and assist maintenance team when required.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Record daily production data (output, wastage, downtime).
- Maintain machine logbook and cleaning records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,096.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month
