We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team. As a Jewelry Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exquisite range of jewelry to customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, assisting them in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their preferences and needs. Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers, actively promoting and upselling our jewelry products. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewelry collections, including materials, design features, and craftsmanship. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging styles, and new arrivals to effectively communicate product details to customers.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers to maintain contact and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences and previous purchases.
Visual Merchandising: Contribute to maintaining an attractive and organized store environment. Assist with arranging displays and ensuring products are well-presented to maximize visual appeal.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and product availability. Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate stock counts and participate in periodic stocktaking activities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, including customer information, purchase details, and payment methods. Provide regular sales reports and contribute to analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- A passion for jewelry and a keen eye for aesthetics and fashion trends.
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to convey detailed information to customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software or willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the demands of the business.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
