**Job Title**: MRD Executive
**Experience Required**: Minimum 4+ years (Hospital Industry)
**Location**: HCG Cancer Hospital, Jaipur

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day MRD operations, including medical record management, coding, filing, and retrieval.
- Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper storage of medical records as per hospital policies and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate indexing and documentation of inpatient and outpatient records.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for timely record updates and information sharing.
- Supervise scanning, digitization, and electronic health record (EHR) updates.
- Monitor record retention schedules and ensure compliance with statutory and accreditation requirements.
- Support audits, quality initiatives, and provide necessary data for hospital reporting.
- Train and guide MRD staff to ensure smooth workflow.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in **Medical Records Technology** / Health Information Management or equivalent.
- **Minimum 4+ years of experience** in MRD in a reputed hospital.
- Knowledge of **ICD coding** and hospital information systems (HIS).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
