Key responsibilities:

- **Staff Management**:

- Assign cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff based on daily needs and priorities.
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections of all areas within the hypermarket to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Identify and address any cleanliness issues promptly.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and order new stock as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of cleaning supplies.
- **Maintenance Oversight**:

- Report any maintenance issues related to cleaning equipment or facilities to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve repair needs.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce all safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
- Ensure staff are properly trained on safety protocols.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer complaints related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Leadership and Supervisory Skills**: Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for cleanliness and ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficiently manage cleaning tasks and staff schedules.
- **Communication Skills**: Clearly communicate expectations to staff and address concerns with customers and other departments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
