**Scope of Work**:

- Review of all incoming material test certificates related to Penstock and clearing for further process.
- Stage wise inspections of penstock during shop fabrication activities and site erection activities as per approved Field quality assurance plan.

**Site erection activities (Monitoring of following stages)**:

- C- seam Fitment
- Welding & NDT
- Surface preparation & Painting

Others:

- Production test coupons requirement
- Implementation of all activities at site as per approved FQAP (Field quality assurance plan)
- Preparation of inspection reports as per client QMD requirement.
- Ensuring quality of materials used in penstock.
- Ensuring approved welders are deployed and established welding procedures are being followed at site.
- Monitoring electrode and welder qualifications as and when required.
- Monitoring of welder’s performance.
- Escalating non-conformities to relevant authorities in client QMD & Execution, as and when required.
- Monitoring calibration of all measuring and testing equipment’s.
- Provide Technical value-added services as and when required.
- Provide trainings to welders as and when required to enhance their skills.

Ensuring proper documentation of contractors related to penstock fabrication

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.78 per month
