Job Description: A PET (Physical Education Teacher) for kindergarten and primary students plays a crucial role in fostering the physical development, health, and overall well-being of young children. The job description of a PET teacher for KG and primary students includes a variety of responsibilities:
**Instruction and Planning**:Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum to teach fundamental physical education concepts and skills.
Plan activities that promote physical fitness, motor skills, and coordination for young children.
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
**Teaching**:Instruct students in various physical activities such as running, jumping, ball games, and basic gymnastics.
Teach students the importance of warming up, stretching, and cooling down before and after physical activities.
Demonstrate proper techniques and form for different exercises and activities.
**Safety and Supervision**:Ensure the safety of students during physical education classes.
Supervise students during activities and provide guidance on safety protocols.
Be prepared to administer first aid if minor injuries occur.
**Health Education**:Educate students about the importance of physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Teach basic health and nutrition concepts to promote wellness.
**Assessment**:Evaluate students' progress and performance in physical activities.
Maintain records of student participation, behavior, and skill development.
Provide feedback to students and parents regarding their progress.
**Adaptation and Inclusion**:Adapt lesson plans and activities to accommodate students with diverse abilities and needs. Foster an inclusive and supportive environment where all students can participate and succeed.

Collaborate with colleagues to organize school sports events and competitions.
**Professional Development**:Stay updated on the latest teaching methods, fitness trends, and safety guidelines.
Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
**Communication**:Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and participation in physical education.
Communicate with school administrators and colleagues to discuss student needs and program development.
**Promoting a Positive Environment**:Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play among students. Promote enthusiasm and a love for physical activity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
