**Purpose of the Role**:
To lead Used Trucks Business for territory through channels to establish professionally managed, process-driven and profitable used trucks business.

**Education**:

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering with 4 - 6 years’ experience preferably in used vehicle business or in Sales.

OR
- Graduate with an MBA with 2 - 4 years of work experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Business, Finance company in recovery /Auction company

**Experience**:

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering with 4 - 6 years / Graduate with an MBA with 2 - 4 years

**Business Understanding**:

- Automobile or Finance. Passenger vehicles, Commercial Vehicles/ Tractors.

**Area of Responsibility**:

No of Dealers to Active In Eicher Sure Resale -HD.No of Dealers to Active In Eicher Sure Resale -LMD.

**HD Exchange**

No. of New Vehicles sold as the exchange of old vehicles.

**PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES**

Infrastructure - Signage, Office Area, Display Area.Availability of Manpower.Working Capital (Minimum).Implementation of Eicher Sure process & No. of Activities executed against planned (Per Month).
