Job Summary

Deliver short-to-medium-term counselling to individuals (or small groups) presenting emotional, psychological, or behavioural issues—such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or stress—within a confidential, ethical framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish a **confidential, trusting therapeutic relationship** with clients 
- Conduct needs-led **assessment and goal-setting sessions** with individuals, families, or groups 
- Facilitate face-to-face, online, or telephone counselling sessions focused on current life stressors
- Use active listening, empathy, appropriate challenge, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic) 
- Maintain secure and confidential client records, session notes, and outcome metrics 
- Liaise and refer to external agencies (e.g., GPs, mental health teams, social services) as needed 
- Engage in **clinical/supervision meetings** and participate in continuing professional development very well
- Adhere to UK professional & ethical standards (e.g., BACP, UKCP), safeguarding policies, and DBS/CRB checks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
