**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design user-friendly, engaging, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms, aligned with product goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver well-defined design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, analyze user behavior, and iterate on designs for optimal user experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent design system and visual language across all products.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance our design processes and outcomes.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with Webflow is an added advantage.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and thought process.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail with a user-first approach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,298.67 - ₹47,380.17 per month
