**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise the packing team and ensure daily production targets are met.
Monitor packing processes for hygiene and quality compliance.
Assign tasks and ensure workers follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Train and guide the packing staff to improve efficiency.
Maintain records of packed goods and report daily production updates.
Coordinate with other departments (production, warehouse, QC) for smooth operations.
Identify and resolve any issues in the packing line to avoid delays.
Ensure proper stock of packing materials and report shortages in advance.

**Requirements**:
✔ Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
