We are a luxury gourmet gift studio and a cloud bakery based in Kolkata. We offer celebration-based end-to-end gifting solutions, from all edible to non-edible items. We are a one-stop solution for all your distribution needs. We also specialize in curating theme cakes for the entire dessert table setup.

**Position Overview**:As an Inventory Executive, you will be responsible for Inventory procurement and management, providing crucial support to our internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. This role involves a range of administrative tasks and requires a proactive and organized individual.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory procurement-**
- Researching Potential Vendors.
- Comparing and Evaluating Offers from Suppliers.
- Negotiating Contract Terms of Agreement and Pricing.
- Track Orders and Ensure Timely Delivery.

**Inventory management-**
- Review the Quality of Purchased Products.
- Enter Order Details (e.g. Vendors, Quantities, Prices) Into Internal Databases.
- Monitor Stock Levels and Place Orders as Needed.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Staff to Ensure Proper Storage.

**Administrative support-**
- Maintain updated Records of purchased products, delivery information, and Invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including Cost Analysis.
- Take care of other End Duties as and when assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Inventory management and procurement.
- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Additional Information**:

- Competitive salary within the range of 17,000/- to 19,000/- per month
- Working hours 9:30 am to 7:30 pm
- Probation Period: 1 month

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
