We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is for A Massachusetts based growing investment and commercial real estate firm that focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing real estate assets across various sectors.

We are seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team and oversee all financial aspects of client operations. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, management, and reporting for the growing portfolio of real estate projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our client’s mission and drive their financial strategy forward.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Financial Management:
o Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

o Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

o Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
o Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections in collaboration with senior management.

o Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

o Prepare detailed financial models, pro forma projections, and investment summaries for senior management and investors.

o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisitions and leasing and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

o Ensure all acquisitions meet targeted financial and operational benchmarks.
- Reporting and Compliance:
o Prepare financial statements and reports for management, investors, and regulatory agencies.

o Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Strategic Support:
o Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and financial due diligence for new projects.

o Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelors and/or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, private equity or investment banking.
- **US Real Estate industry experience is MUST**; experience working with an Owner/Developer of a multifamily and mixed used projects is preferred.
- **Must have working experience on Yardi software**.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Energetic, organized, creative and highly motivated person with ability to learn and work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong work ethic and ability to support multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
