Trainer for Autocad

**Job Title**: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit Trainer

AICT Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Trainer** to deliver exceptional training in **AutoCAD**, **SolidWorks**, and **Revit**. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students and professionals how to leverage these powerful design and modeling software tools for creating high-quality 2D/3D models, drafting, and simulation. This position requires a deep understanding of each software and the ability to teach them in a hands-on, engaging manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Course Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions on **AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit** for students and professionals, both online and offline.
- Explain **basic to advanced functions** of AutoCAD (2D & 3D drawing), **SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, rendering)**, and **Revit (BIM modeling)** for Architecture, Engineering, and Design.
- **Curriculum Development & Content Creation**:

- Develop **detailed course modules, training materials**, and **hands-on assignments** based on industry needs.
- Stay updated with the latest features and tools in **AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit**, and integrate them into training programs.
- Create **real-life scenarios** for students to practice and develop critical problem-solving skills.
- **Assessments & Performance Tracking**:

- Evaluate student progress with **exams, quizzes**, and **project work**.
- Provide constructive feedback on students’ performance and offer personalized guidance to improve skills.
- **Student Engagement & Support**:

- Offer **one-on-one sessions** to support students with technical difficulties and project work.
- Encourage students to build **a portfolio** of projects using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
- Support students through **online forums** and **discussion groups**.
- **Industry Collaboration & Certification**:

- Guide students towards obtaining **industry-recognized certifications** (AutoCAD Certified Professional, Certified SolidWorks Associate, Revit Certified Professional).
- Keep track of **industry developments** in **CAD, 3D modeling, BIM**, and integrate these into the curriculum.
- Ensure that students gain proficiency in **creating real-world models** and **simulations**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Educational Background**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in **Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering**, or a related field.
- **Certification in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit** is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** in using **AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit** in a professional environment.
- Prior teaching experience or technical training background is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- **Proficiency** in **AutoCAD (2D & 3D drawing)**, **SolidWorks (3D modeling)**, and **Revit (BIM modeling)**.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
