Position: Freight Broker Agent or Dispatcher (min 6 months experience mandatory)

Working location: Nagpur office only.

Delve Freight Solutions is seeking an experienced logistics agent to join our growing

would be customer-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Create, coordinate, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules between the

Shipper (customer) and Carriers
- Communicate with dispatchers, carriers, and drivers
- Track and report shipment status of loads
- Providing shipping quote to prospective customers
- Resolve freight discrepancies

**Requirements**:

- Current book of business is (preferred)
- Experience in the freight and logistics planning and execution
- An honest work ethic with a sense of urgency and results oriented focus
- Strong negotiator, communication and relationship building skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and industry specific software
- Fluently and clearly speak English
- Work US hours
