**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure cleanliness of the machines as well as the department.
- To achieve the pkg.as per the pkg. norms.
- To identify the problems with the machine and the workers and trouble shoot the problems.
- To check calibration and verification of balance.
- To ensure work is carried on in the department according to the SOPs.
- To coordinate with immediate seniors and department head in case of any discrepancy.
- To ensure proper and complete documentation of all related records.
- To strictly implement GMP within the department in all concerned areas.
- To investigate into matter of return of pkg material.
- To maintain good house keeping practices in the department and ensure clean and safe working in the department.
- To prepare and revise the SOP.
- To handle QMS activities and keep tracking of change control, deviations ,Temporary change controls and market complaints.
- Work distribution and optimum utilization of manpower.
