We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, logos, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various projects (logos, brochures, banners, ads, social media posts, website elements).
- Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Develop and present design concepts, providing options and revisions based on client feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and tools for current techniques and best practices.
- Conduct research for the design process, including competitor analysis and target market research.
- Maintain consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Provide accurate time and effort estimates, manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members (copywriters, marketers) for integrated design solutions.
- Maintain an organized file management system for easy retrieval of design assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a freelance graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of design principles (layout, color theory, typography, branding).
- Ability to transform client requirements into visually compelling designs.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in graphic design or related field preferred, but not mandatory.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's is an added advantage
