**Shift timings : 6 AM to 2:30 PM & 1:30 PM to 10 PM**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist members with check-in, membership inquiries, and membership sales
- Provide tours of the facility to potential new members
- Schedule and confirm appointments for personal training sessions and fitness assessments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Communications skill required in English | Hindi | Bengali
- Presentable appearance with a friendly and outgoing personality
