Purchase Officer

Responsible for capital equipment purchases, and being a single point of contact between the user and the vendor.
- To negotiate and generate the purchase orders
- To find better vendor for raw and packaging materials.
- Perform verification of good receipt and make sure PO requirements are met.
- To initiate cost saving projects
- Manage the inventory of all materials.
- Other tasks directed by management
- ERP experience is a plus

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years experience in purchase, store, procurement
- Strong knowledge in MS office, Zoho or relevant software's
- Experience in FMCG, snacks domain is added advantage
- Knowledge of market fluctuation and well advanced planning is key
- Must be a team player to work with all other departments closely.

Schedule:

- Day shift
