The FSCM Analyst will be responsible for the design Build, enhance, maintain, and support the SAP FSCM solution which encompases: Credit and Collections, Disputes, Cash Application, Receivables and Bank Reconciliation as well as our Vistex integration and reporting systems. They will assist in the training and support end-users on the use of these systems to accomplish business objectives and improve the operational efficiency and analysis capability of the organization.

Technical/Functional Skills and Expectations
- Hands-on configuration and implementation experience to enable the following functions:

- At least 5 years as a SAP FSCM Consultant with previous experience in FI-AR and Bank Accounting/Lockbox including:

- 2 years of SAP ERP 6. 0 EHP4 or higher release experience
- 3+ years Credit Management
- At least 2 years of SAP Collection Management
- At Least 2 years of SAP Dispute Management
- 3 Years of SAP Cash Application
- 3 years of SAP Bank Accounting Lockbox/ACH
- 1 year SAP Fiori experience or Fiori trained

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze, and assist our SAP CoC to implement, support, and document optimal uses and configurations of the SAP FSCM modules and related systems to support the business.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate business procedures and problems to define the best SAP system and business process solutions for problems and initiatives across the operation.
- Identify business requirements by interviewing and working with key business personnel. Communicate requirements to business and technical groups and refine as needed throughout solution implementation.
- Define and document existing or proposed business process flows.
- Perform analysis of system, process, and organizational impacts of change requests.
- Develop custom reports and reporting systems to support and improve operational analytics.
- Conduct need assessments and perform analysis of data to support directional recommendations on system, process, and organizational changes.
- Plan and conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing prior to implementation.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,367.63 per month
