**Job Title: French Trainer[female]**

**Location**: South Extension-1

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of airhostess trainees.
- Incorporate aviation-specific vocabulary and scenarios to provide relevant context for learners.
- **Instruction**:

- Deliver interactive and effective French lessons, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Utilize various teaching methods, including role-plays, discussions, and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
- **Assessment**:

- Evaluate students’ progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide guidance and support to students, fostering their confidence in using the French language.
- Encourage participation in group discussions, presentations, and practical exercises.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated learning experience.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a French trainer or teacher, ideally in an academy or training environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Familiarity with the aviation industry and customer service is a plus.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching languages.
