**Location: North Delhi/ Sonipat**

**Qualifications**
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, audit, or tax.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws (Income Tax, GST).

**Skills & Competencies**
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficient in accounting software.
- **Analytical & Problem-**Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication for interaction with stakeholders, auditors, and authorities.
- **Leadership & Management**: Ability to lead and motivate a finance team, delegate tasks, and manage performance effectively.
**- Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in financial reporting and compliance matters.
**- Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting strict deadlines.
- **Ethics & Integrity**: Adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance with financial regulations.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in, FMCG, etc.

**Additional Information**:

- Working Hours: Full-time position; flexible working hours may be required during audit and tax deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
