**Sourcing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy for solar project materials and

equipment, including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical

components.
- Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favourable terms and agreements.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a consistent supply of high
- quality materials.

**Logistics Management**:

- Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment to project sites.
- Optimize logistics routes and methods to minimize costs and delivery times.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in transportation and logistics.

**Inventory Control**:

- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to minimize holding costs while ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Conduct regular stock assessments and forecasting to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete items for disposal or resale.

**Cost Management**:

- Work closely with the finance department to control and reduce procurement and logistics costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective measures.
- Analyze supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms to improve cost-efficiency.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that sourced materials meet required standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control measures within the supply chain to reduce defects and rejections.

**Team Leadership**:

- Build and lead a high-performing SCM team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the SCM department.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a proactive approach to managing supply disruptions and emergencies.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost analysis.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
