Action for Rural Rejuvenation (ARR) is a unique, well-defined plan to rejuvenate rural India, revitalize the human spirit, and restore the fundamental bond among rural communities.

Project Green Hands (PGH), the environmental branch of Isha, has grown out of a deep concern for the global effects of deforestation and land degradation. PGH wants Tamil Nadu to be a beacon of environmental responsibility, illustrating what is possible when people take action now to save their environment.

AYUSH-Isha Organic Health Systems is a pioneering project launched by Isha Outreach in collaboration with the government of India's AYUSH department. The holistic programs are aimed at improving the health of the rural population, while simultaneously ensuring a model of sustainable healthcare.

Purpose of the Job

Have excellent comprehension of the agricultural markets at all times. Help evaluate the market & enable the CBBO Coordinator in drawing up the Sales & Marketing plan Track changing market trends and assess the competition.

Job Responsibilities

Will understand the ground realities of the market & keep up to date with changing trends.
Enable the CBBO coordinator to finalize the sales and marketing plan by providing relevant information.
Will collaborate with the Farmers, FPO team, CBBO team, and CRC team in implementing the sales and marketing plan.
Will help in maintaining positive cash flow, good profitability in new developments including product mix and customer segment mix.
Must stay updated on the new technical developments, quality, packing and other market and competitive trends in the market and collaborate with CBBO team and CRC team to finalize our responses.

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification : Master Degree

Must have good communication skills and a natural affinity to farming & agriculture.
Must enjoy traveling, meeting and engaging with farmers closely.
Must have experience in the particular crop of the CBBO and constantly keep oneself updated with the latest trends.
Preferably good proficiency over MS Office, MIS, Communication systems and social media.
