**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
- Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and elevations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Present design proposals to clients and make modifications as needed based on feedback.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in B.Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- **Experience**: Freshers are also welcome.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Creativity**: Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas.
- **Project Management**: Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to ensure precision in design and execution.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address challenges and provide effective design solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in interior design or relevant field.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
