As a Graphic Designer - Video Specialist, you will play a central role in designing and producing creative video content for diverse industries and platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding creative briefs and developing original, engaging video concepts aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Designing a variety of marketing creatives, including social media videos, animated elements, motion graphics, GIFs, and promotional reels.
- Presenting your creative ideas with confidence and clarity—both internally and to clients. -Collaborating closely with copywriters, account managers, and marketing leads to bring ideas to life.
- Ensuring visual consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns.
- Translating feedback from clients and internal teams into refined, polished video outputs. -Staying ahead of design trends, motion graphic techniques, and emerging creative tools. -Managing the entire creative process—from concept to delivery—including communication with clients to understand their design requirements.
- Posting approved social media creatives on client platforms as required.
- Adapting to the fast-paced demands of agency life, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

Interview Process Level 1 - Creative Test (Remote)
You’ll be given a content brief. Using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, create a video and deliver it within 24 hours.
Level 2 - In-Person Technical Round

What You Bring to the Table
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in video design/editing in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
- Mastery of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, etc.)
- A portfolio showcasing creative, polished videos for social media and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, motion design, colour, typography, and layout.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to confidently present creative ideas.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing project requirements.
- Immediate availability to join our team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
