About the Role : A Senior Graphic Designer is a creative professional who leads design projects, manages junior designers, ensures brand consistency, and develops innovative visual solutions that align with marketing strategies and business goals, requiring strong communication, leadership, and technical skills.
Responsibilities: Design and Development: -Conceptualize and create compelling visual content for various media (print, web, social, etc.). -Develop and execute design concepts from initial ideas to final deliverables. -Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Skills and Requirements: Education and Experience: -Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience. -Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
Technical Skills: -Proficiency in CorelDraw, Photoshop, Optional - Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (optional). Soft Skills: -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -A keen eye for detail and a passion for design
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
