Fabric Chaser

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Fabric Chaser to oversee and monitor fabric processing operations at various processing houses in the Surat region. This role requires a solid understanding of fabric dyeing, printing, embroidery, and other related processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that all fabric treatments and processes meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit processing houses in Suart to monitor ongoing fabric dyeing, printing, embroidery, and other processing activities.
- Ensure that fabric processing methods (including dyeing, printing, embroidery, etc.) are performed according to the required quality standards and specifications.
- Check the finished fabric for any defects, color discrepancies, or issues related to texture, print quality, or embroidery work.
- Collaborate with processing house staff to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues related to fabric processing.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and delivery of processed fabric.
- Maintain detailed records of all processing activities, including quality checks and any issues encountered.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding the status of fabric Chaser
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues in processing, assisting the team when necessary.
- Ensure proper handling and care of fabrics during processing to avoid damage.
- Communicate with internal teams to address any concerns or deviations from processing standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have own vehicle.**:

- Strong knowledge of fabric dyeing, printing, embroidery, and other related processes.
- Prior experience in fabric processing or têxtile industry, specifically in dyeing, printing, and embroidery.
- Ability to identify quality issues in fabric processing and recommend corrective actions.
- Good understanding of fabric types and how they react to different processing methods.
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with processing houses and internal teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (further education in têxtile technology or related fields is a plus).
- A valid driver’s license (if transportation is required for the role).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
