**Minimum Qualifications**
- Master’s degree (relevant area of Business Studies, Finance)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- A mix of analytical, commercial and communication skills are at the heart of successful finance business partnering
- Accountancy qualification and working experience
- Comfortable in taking the initiative to analyse data sets and proactively reach out to business stakeholders to present findings from the data that could pivot strategy and/or drive better decision-making.
- Comfortable in working across different teams and for multiple ‘internal clients’.
- Able to solve complex problems (independently), and manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
- Clear and effective communicator at the senior management level.
- Strong and clear analytical skills.
- Ability to challenge, persuade, and coach senior management.
- Expert in regional sales performance. Create and maintain easily digestible revenue and profitability breakdowns into individual LOBs and accounts.

**What you will do**
- Finance Business Partner is expected to assist our Executive Management team in operational financial reporting, forecasting, sales due diligence, and internal financial business support.
- The Finance Business Partner reports to the Head of Finance and will work in close collaboration with our operational teams on a daily basis.
- As an experienced Financial Business Partner your focus areas will be;
- Sales Reporting: design, develop, support, and run Sales Reporting, Management Information and KPIs (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) on key business indicators such as pipeline development, pipeline velocity, revenue tracking (per segment), and performance vs. plan.
- Sales Deal Due Diligence: assist the commercial and line of business teams (i.e. Bid Managers) by reviewing commercial deal constructs, providing critical challenges and/or input where necessary, to ensure revenue recognition, cash flow, profitability, and operational requirements are met.
- Forecasting: enable business stakeholders to take informed decisions. You will achieve this by using your knowledge of the sales pipeline and data from our resource management tools, which you will review and challenge (working closely with our delivery organisation as well as sales). You will be expected to bring your judgements and insight into key review meetings so that all parties are appraised of the risks and opportunities within various scenarios.
- Operational Performance: support our delivery teams to assist them in better understanding data on current performance levels, providing insight and helping design and refine KPIs in order that the Executive Team can make appropriate decisions.
- Sales Compensation Plans: closely collaborate with the HR Director and Sales Director in designing and optimising Sales Compensation Plans.
- Your role will not be limited to these areas - you will provide key decision-making support in a variety of other areas where financial insight is critical to those judgements. This may include, for example, analysing potential business growth areas as part of our local strategy.
