Mentor and train engineering and science graduates as part of a program.
- Help shape the ongoing strategy and mission of the AWS training program.
- Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
- Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and youth are constantly engaged throughout all training interventions.
- Constantly learn and master the most innovative technologies related to cloud computing using AWS product and services.

Identify and respond to risks that could lead to youth dropping out of the training program.

**Basic Qualifications**
- 2+ Years of experience presenting or teaching technical content.
- 3+ years of experience in programming, database, deploying, systems architecture or systems administration.
- Technical degree (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent work experience required.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following languages: Java,.Net, Perl, PHP, Ruby or Python.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following data technologies: Relational BD, NoSQL, big data or Analytics.

**Desired Qualifications**
- At least 18 months in training on AWS technology, AWS batch/ console operations.
- AWS Sys-Ops Administrator - Associate certification or AWS Solution Architect - Associate Certification active through the duration of instruction. Professional level certifications in Solution Architect or DevOps are also accepted
- Recent experience in emerging technologies like Big Data, Machine Learning and IoT.
- One year of experience in teaching technical IT content covering at least four of the five

areas mentioned below:
Linux Operating System
Scripting languages such as Shell and Python
Networking and Security concepts
Relational Databases
DevOps Concept and Processes
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Passion for helping change the life trajectories of underserved or underrepresented

populations.
- Effective Communication. Excellent oral and written presentation skills in the instruction

language and English.
- Data Management. The ability to collect and analyze training data.
- Growth Mindset. Be self-reflective, openly receive feedback on his / her performance and

performance.
- Solutions and Results Oriented. A positive, solutions-oriented attitude, drive for excellence.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong cross-cultural skills that demonstrate the ability to engage well with
participants.
- The ability to be a team player.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
