**Job Title: Cafeteria In-Charge**

**Duty Hours**: 12 hours per day
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in cafeteria/food service supervision

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and ensure **cleanliness and hygiene** of the kitchen, serving, and dining areas.
- Maintain **daily food weight reports**, track usage, and avoid wastage by monitoring portion control.
- Serve food efficiently to **approximately 80 employees daily**, ensuring proper portion sizes and timely service.
- Maintain a **daily report on food consumption**, leftovers, and disposal methods.
- Lead and manage cafeteria staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are being followed.
- Coordinate with vendors and kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food service or cafeteria supervision (1+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Basic recordkeeping and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Handle employee feedback and ensure a smooth and customer-friendly cafeteria environment.
- **Knowing Hindi is an added advantage** (to communicate with a diverse team and staff).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
