**Job Summary**:
Sat Kartar Shopping Ltd is looking for an organized and customer-oriented Courier Executive to handle on-call coordination for the efficient scheduling and management of package pickups and deliveries. This role requires excellent communication skills, quick response times, and a proactive approach to managing logistics and resolving delivery-related issues in real-time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Call Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for on-call pickup and delivery requests.
- Coordinate with field courier teams to assign pickup and delivery tasks based on location and priority.
- **Route and Schedule Management**:

- Plan and communicate the most efficient routes and schedules to the courier team.
- Ensure timely updates to both customers and team members regarding estimated delivery times or changes.
- **Customer Communication and Issue Resolution**:

- Communicate with customers to confirm pickup and delivery details, provide status updates, and handle any special requests.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to delivery in a timely and courteous manner.
- **Documentation and Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate records of scheduled pickups, deliveries, and completed tasks.
- Ensure all delivery receipts and necessary documentation are collected and submitted for record-keeping.
- **Team Coordination and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the courier team to monitor daily delivery progress and handle any delays or issues.
- Report daily activity summaries, completed deliveries, and outstanding pickups to management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using mobile communication tools and basic knowledge of GPS or tracking systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
