**Job Title: Fabrication Fitter**

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Duty Hours**: 12 hours per day

**Job Location**: Kondhwa Bk., Pune

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fabrication Fitter to join our team. As a Fabrication Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various structures and equipment by cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts based on blueprints and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Read and interpret 2D Drawings, blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.**:

- **Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts, using tools such as welding machines, grinders, and hand tools.**:

- **Fit and assemble steel, aluminum, and other metal components into finished structures or machinery.**:

- **Ensure that all components meet safety and quality standards.**:

- **Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure that the materials meet required standards and specifications.**:

- **Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication issues.**:

- **Operate fabrication machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.**:

- **Maintain a clean and safe working environment.**:

- **Follow all health and safety regulations during the fabrication process.**:

- **Assist in the maintenance of equipment and machinery as required.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fabrication Fitter or similar role in metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools, including welding, cutting, and shaping.
- Experience with various fabrication equipment, such as welding machines, grinders, and hand tools.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in welding or metalworking.
- Previous experience working in a similar industry ( manufacturing, etc.)
