**3D Modeler**

Sketchup Modeler for building Exterior Elevation & Interior designs
(Residential & Commercial Building, Individual Bungalow Elevation, Layout development)

**Job Description and skills**:

- Create detailed and realistic 3D models of objects, characters, environments, or architectural structures using specialized software and tools.
- Preparing Sketch-up models in consultation with the design heads and as per the project requirements.
- Creating models of buildings, landscapes, or other structures by studying drawings and other reference materials.
- Preparing elevation as per the project requirement.
- Understand the technical limitations of the target platform and adjust the model accordingly.
- Conduct research and gather references to ensure accuracy and authenticity in the creation of 3D models.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds

Max, or Blender.
- Excellent understanding of the principles of 3D modelling, texturing, and shading and experienced in high rise and group housing projects.
