Onboarding sellers on the marketplace as per the plan - products, brands, regions, and pricing.
- Managing end-to-end seller onboarding journey - soliciting, sourcing, registration, training, and order fulfillment for the first 1 month on the platform.
- Screening and Identifying the right sellers to onboard on the platform as per the marketplace expansion strategy.
- Negotiating prices and convincing sellers to work on eCommerce.
- Pushing sellers to dispatch stock faster and ensure timely delivery of the same.
- Ensuring new sellers have technical assistance with operating our marketplace panels and understand order processing completely.
- Experience in MRO items and industrial products is preferred.
- Should be tech-friendly and can easily understand different software and platforms in the

eCommerce industry.
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
